Runway to Royal: Kate Middleton Wears Issa

Kate Middleton’s pink halter evening gown caused a splash at this year’s Boxing Ball. The dress was made by Brazilian designer Daniella Issa Helayel for her Issa line. Dressing a frequently-photographed royal girlfriend may seem like a coup for Helayel, but she already counts celebrities like Scarlett Johanssen and Keira Knightley among her clientele. Turns out Kate’s been quite a fan of Issa for some time; she’s been photographed at least five times wearing clothing from the label.
